What is Meditation?
Meditation means perceiving yourself as a space where thoughts, feelings and everything else come and go.
Meditation is not about doing something to achieve something else, including enlightenment. Meditation is a special state of consciousness that is about not wanting to achieve anything at all, as opposed to everyday life, but simply being for once and thereby finding inner peace.
