Let's explore the different foods of the world. Some are bizarre and some are just a frightening game of Russian Roulette. They are born of culture, poverty and as delicacies to the elite. We will be testing our visual and sensory palates on dishes such as Pig Blood cakes, Bird Nest soup, Worm Omelettes and more. Although the reports on the taste of these dishes are highly positive, is the risk of death really worth the brief love affair between food, tongue, sensory delight and palate?
