Carlos has studied Eastern and Western philosophies and spiritual teachings, martial arts, psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
He currently spends his time teaching martial arts, writing books, conducting workshops, and coaching individuals. Originally from Puerto Rico, he now lives in Arizona.
