Good but too expensive

The product is. Better than the normal brush but it should be more affordable or come with the product by default

Works good if you have a lot of carpet

Works good on carpet not so much on hard floor which my house is.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service…either they do not respond at all, or they take forever to respond. When spending as much as you’re going to spend on this technical item, you need to buy from a place that provides reliable, good customer service. BEWARE

Smells great

It smells great when using this product.

Didn't really need it.

The product actually works well. But I thought I would need it and I really don't. I'm assuming because my L10s vacuum is much stronger than my last so it's pulling the longer hairs in before they get a chance to tangle. I strongly suggest giving the original beater a Chance before investing.
