Discounted Labs Refund Policy
Overview
We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or alter your lab order. Below is a clear and simple guide to our refund policy, covering all the details you need to know.
Refund and Cancellation Fees
You are eligible to cancel your order if you have not yet had your blood drawn and do so within six months of the original purchase date. Cancellations made within the first 60 days will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee, while those made after 60 days (but still within six months) will receive a credit for the purchase amount. This credit may be applied to any future order within that same six-month period. If you do not cancel before the six-month deadline, any unused order will expire without refund or credit.
Missing Lab Tests
If either DiscountedLabs or Quest omits a lab test in your lab requisition form or results, we will remedy this by providing you with a lab requisition form for the missing test, free of charge.
How to Cancel or Modify an Order
To cancel or change your order, please complete the contact us form. Make sure to include the order number for the lab order you wish to cancel or modify.
