The best cut of pork, IMO. Pork Steaks (IYKYK) with Carmelized corn and cheddar ranch potatoes.

It’s a St Louis cut of pork, really just sliced pork butt, but cook them bitches slow & low, and they’re perfectly tender, juicy, and heavenly.

I use only rub on mine and never need any sauce (Strawberry’s Grand Champion seasoning from Holcomb, MO).
