Radish Kofta
Kofta is a Middle eastern and South Asian delicacy using ground meat(also called Meat balls.) This recipe is Radish Koftas ;a vegetarian version of Kofta. Dry Koftas are served as appetizers ;but you can easily make a delicious curry,with tomato or cream based gravy served with koftas. My suggestion for the gravy which really goes well with kofta is here. Substitute Paneer in the above recipe with these Koftas and you will get a delicious ,rich party item.
