Pro Medicus Limited, an Australia-based healthcare informatics company, has signed a $30 million, seven-year agreement with Duly Health and Care, a major multispecialty medical group in the Midwest U.S.

The deal, executed through Pro Medicus’ U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging Inc., will implement the cloud-engineered Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform across Duly's network.

Duly Health and Care, which encompasses DuPage Medical Group, Quincy Medical Group, and the South Bend Clinic, supports more than 1,000 physicians, 40 radiologists, and 150 outpatient clinics. The Visage 7 platform will replace Duly's existing PACS and vendor-neutral archive, unifying the organization’s diagnostic imaging systems. The "full stack" implementation includes the Visage 7 Viewer, Visage 7 Open Archive, and Visage 7 Workflow modules.

The contract operates on a transaction-based licensing model with potential for additional revenue. Deployment planning will begin immediately, with a targeted go-live date in the second quarter of 2025.

“Duly Health and Care is an important deal for us as they are in the private radiology and outpatient space, an area where we are seeing growing opportunities,” said Dr. Sam Hupert, CEO of Pro Medicus. “They also join a long list of clients adopting a fully cloud-engineered solution, reflecting our CloudPACS strategy’s success in the North American market.”

Pro Medicus has experienced steady growth across multiple sectors, including academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, and private practices. Dr. Hupert noted that recent contracts increasingly feature the company’s complete suite of imaging solutions.

Founded in 1983, Pro Medicus provides medical imaging software and services worldwide, with offices in Melbourne, Berlin, and San Diego. The company’s Visage 7 platform offers scalable, cloud-based solutions tailored to healthcare providers’ needs.
