The Veto Classic (Go-Kart) can be purchased in GTA Online from Southern S.A. Super Autos for a price of $895,000.
The Veto Classic (Go-Kart) can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Veto Classic (Go-Kart) from the Mechanic. However, the Veto Classic (Go-Kart) cannot be used in standard races.
As a reward for completing the community-wide Heist Challenge in November 2020, all GTA Online players that play between December 18 and December 20, 2020, will be able to claim the Dinka Veto Classic go-kart for Free as a gift.
