Tremaenhir - part of an ancient landscape
A listed post Medieval farmhouse and listed lofted stable, built on a Medieval settlement known as Trefmengar.
Evidence of earlier prehistoric activity with Bronze Age standing stones - one in the field to the west of the farmhouse (Grid ref SM82712632) described as ' 2m high, slender and tapering'. It has an inscription ' J.G 1860' on it.
A second smaller stone stands circa 15m south west and a third circa 100m to the south east.
