N7 69621 glides down the incline with a small freight
Here is the N7 69621. This is a Stratford built (actually the last constructed there) Great Eastern Railway engine designed for London Suburban traffic. Although later on many of the class were outposted to other regions in East Anglia. Even on freight duties like 69621 is doing here, coming down from Holt.
The engine is owned by the East Anglian Railway museum (Chappell station) but is on long term loan to the NNR. Please Note this photo was taken on railway property, I was in possession of a line side pass issued by the railway. Going on the line side without one is trespassing.
