White quartzite boulders on NE ridge of Stob Ban
Although the rocks look grey in the photo, they are in reality a pure white, which shows more clearly on those rare days when the sun shines. I was grateful just to get a view below the glowering clouds.

Summer Gloaming

Not much darkness this far north in June. Taken after sunset at 23:15 the pinkish light seen on the left of the image moved slowly east over the northern skyline before the sun reappeared a few hours later. It didn't get much darker than this.
