Read 2 times. Last read October 13, 2023 to October 19, 2023.

The series that just keeps on giving. For once the world's youngest and smartest super villain Artemis Fowl is completely outwitted and suffers a huge loss, in addition he may have caused The People (this reality's fairy folk including fairies, sprites, dwarves, centaurs, trolls, goblins etc.) great harm. The team is reunited to help Artemis save a friend, destroy an enemy and save The People!

Another interesting and unique adventure. Will Artemis' path to goodness continue, or will this huge setback also set him back. And what grave price will The People charge him for compromising them yet again? Yet another fun read with such a great cast including a tech wizard centaur, a kleptomaniac dwarf with super-flatulence and a young women bodyguard who loves Mexican wrestling so much she incorporates their moves in her work. Features the serial's first non-Artemis human villain! Great stuff! 9 out of 12, Four Stars, up a Star after this re-read!
