Grant Chemidlin is the author of What We Lost in the Swamp (Central Avenue Poetry, 2023), a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for Gay Poetry. His other works include the chapbook New in Town (Bottlecap Press, 2022) and the illustrated collection He Felt Unwell (So He Wrote This). Recent poems can be found or are forthcoming in The Los Angeles Review, Palette Poetry, Laurel Review, Quarterly West, Iron Horse Literary Review, and Tupelo Quarterly, among others.
