I am hanging in there, thanks for asking. It has been difficult because I ah e basically had to start all over again. Life will never be normal, but I am making the best of a bad situation and hopefully I can continue to write books. I definitely enjoy it. (less)

So, Gil, did getting your name cleared do anything to change the law in cases like yours (and I have to say I've never seen one before outside Orwell's "1984")? And who's directing the movie about your case?

Gil Valle I have seen cases that referenced mine, but I am not sure how much my case will ultimately compare to other conspiracies. This was a case without an F…moreI have seen cases that referenced mine, but I am not sure how much my case will ultimately compare to other conspiracies. This was a case without an FBI sting and without so much as a phone call between me and the "co-conspirators". The only evidence that was introduced at trial was the fictional chats. That was the cornerstone of their case.... so I think moving forward if there is ever a case similar to mine, there would need to be some concrete action before someone can be arrested (Gathering tools, personal meetings with others, etc). They argued that innocent things that I did (like one of the MANY trips to Maryland, for instance) were furthering the conspiracy but it was all BS as explained by the courts.

Until it happens again, and I hope it doesn't, this was truly a unique case and I have not heard of others that parallel mine (based solely on Internet communications, nothing more).

There will be a press release about the movie in early May. Until then I can't say. But the movie is in pre-production.
