The Asian @ Gong Circle provides a safe environment for members to share and reflect on experiences, drives professional development opportunities for Asian people at Gong, and promotes anti-racism within Gong and our communities.

Gong develops a nurturing and empowering community for employees who identify as “Latin” through professional development and social networking activities. By doing so, we hope to create a supportive environment for this community, and increase recruitment, retention, and the promotion of Latin staff.

The Village @ Gong provides support and a voice for parents and caregivers to help strike harmony between work and family life. This virtual village provides a safe space to talk about internal and external challenges faced within our communities and develop programs to support all types of family dynamics.
