Characterised by the sounds of a 2016 Soundcloud, post-IDM landscape, Stereo Cube draws inspiration from the producers and artists that shaped his early years. Notes of Mr. Bill, Tennyson, Koan Sound, and Virtual Riot seep through in each production, with a fresh take on the sounds that have inspired him since the project’s inception a decade ago. A perpetual innovator, the 24 year-old views Ableton as more than a tool—it's a playground where technology and creativity meet. His use of analog synths and a custom Eurorack system allows him to build intricate, self-sustaining sonic environments, reminiscent of retro-futuristic control panels and endless, blinking interfaces. Carefully crafted automation and evolving patterns mirror the complexity of an 80s sci-fi dream, blending seamlessly with energetic, rhythmic drums and ear-catching melodies.
