Mod idea: L and P plates.

Could someone make this? (that's all i wanted to say)

What are R plates? i have never heard of them.

We don't have R plates here in Australia.

 

R plates its an UK thing.

 

restricted driver. mean's you've passed the test, but you're restricted as to how you can drive and where you can drive for about a year
