A play centre specifically tailored towards children with neurodiversities has been hailed a great success by the families who attend.

SENsory Playworld, opened in July, after owner Emily Harding was inspired by the difficulties she faced with her own son, who is autistic.

Ms Harding said that taking him to a traditional play centre was difficult, saying he had "struggled in those settings".

One parent said: "It means everything to know there's somewhere you can come with no judgement."

The venue recently held a Halloween party for nine families.
