Surya Lagoon Village is a recently renovated villa in Nilaveli, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden. Sigiriya was our last stop in Sri Lanka after four weeks of holidays with our three children, and we could not thought of a better place to finish our trip. The place is very comfortable, has a beautiful view on the lion rock, and is SO quiet! That is exactly what we wanted! Plus, Suriya and his lovely family welcomed us as we were part of them. We instantly felt a connexion with them and our children loved the stay there. As a bonus, the breakfast is absolutely amazing such whatever our hosts cooked ☺️

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and even brought up a second breakfast the first day when they realized I couldn’t eat most of what they originally brought up since I can’t eat wheat. WiFi is excellent and was sufficient for me to complete a 2 hour online meeting. There is a washing machine for guest use and bottled water as well as a kitchen although we didn’t use it beyond making tea. I dropped my headphone case and didn’t realize one bud escaped until we had checked out and got a message from the owner who was kind enough to arrange a tuk tuk to bring it out to me after a dive trip later that day. Truly going above and beyond.

Stayed here with some friends I met a long the way and we had a fab week in Trinco in our little home. Ideal location. We work remotely and loved working from the veranda. Good WiFi. 2 rooms + 1 extra mattress they provided.

Comprising pool with a view and free bikes, CEYLON VILLA NILAVELI is a recently renovated accommodation in Trincomalee located close to Nilaveli Beach. Amazing choice for the price of a couple of hotel rooms we put up a whole family, Grandparents to children. Such a lovely self contained property that is finished to a high standard. We phoned ahead before arriving to ask for a few things and they were there when we arrived. Pool is well maintained and has some shade for daytime dips, kitchen is big enough and equiped enough to prepare modest meals or serve take out. Communal seating area on terrace is a nice place to breakfast and sit in rhe evening. Caretaker was staying on premises (seperate room different entrance, not connected to guest area) very helpful but not at all intrusive, really nice. Very happy with the choice ideal for family group. Don't forget price does not include tax

The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the Images showed.The villa is super clean with the spacious rooms and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to beach, restaurants & supermarkets. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.
