In a big living room there is also a sofa that can be used as two persons bed. All rooms with air conditioners. In a kitchen we had all necessary equipment for self-cooking. There is big fridge. The location is on the closed, quite street. Villa is situated in a 10 minutes walking distance from public beach. It is clean beach and well maintained. The owners are very responsive at any time of the day. They show us a way to some other beaches, as we had a rent car and could travel. Also suggested a nice fish restaurant on a boat in old city. In overall it is good place and good price for value. Recommend it for family stay or for group of friends.

We were there in April and were able to enjoy the terrace and the pool every day. The property is very well located and a few minutes from the center of Kalkan, a city with a lot of life.
