Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh located on the second line with access to a private beach at Albatros Sharm and based on All-Inclusive concept. I can feel the positive vibe from the main entrance, From reception Mr.Beshouqi , and golf car (Yasser & Mahmoud), Room Service ibrahim, the food were amazing, quantity and quality, the best service with the super friendly team in all restaurants and bars, I can feel how the team only they want us to be happy and comfy, my kids enjoyed the trip and loved the team special the Animation team, Alex ,Lee , Karina , Kamela , DJ Ahmad , Billy & Sam , my kids they had the amazing time from the activities and events, parties , and dancing time, kids club parties shows all were amazing, this trip were planned for my kids, and they enjoy it and they don't want to leave and inshallah we will come again and again, the lifeguards are funny and keep them eyes on all kids to be safe. i can feel all pick albatros team work with passion, Thanks for everything,

Located in Sharm El Sheikh, SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- features 4 outdoor pools, a private beach and a restaurant. The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

We saw him frequently on the site, rather than sitting in his office, kindly talking with the hotel guests and doing close follow-up issues that the guests have some times.
