The location was magical with views of the other palafitos and across the water. The breakfast room/shared area was charming, especially with the breakfast table atop a dinghy and it was well positioned for the views. The construction of the buiding with wooden shingles, floors, walls and ceilings was charming along with the artesanal art pieces on display. There was room for two cars to park in front of the premises which is rare for the area.

Located in Rilán Peninsula, 35 km from Church of San Francisco, Hotel & Cava Estancia Rilán offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. Gorgeous hotel with lovely owners, delicious restaurant and luxury rooms. The bathroom with a view was superb!

Very friendly staff always willing to help even though we were running late. Breakfast was amazing, all prepared fresh and lots of it. In general, the food available (also lunch and or dinner) was very tasty. Amazing view of the sunset from the room window.

Objekat Meular Chiloe, koji je smešten u gradu Kastro, na 2,5 km od znamenitosti Plaža Sabanilla, u ponudi ima smeštaj sa vrtom, besplatnim privatnim parkingom i terasom. 100 Points for Gloria and Jose-Louis. They were wonderful hosts. We arrived late and tired and were able to order a delicious soup and salad meal on short notice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and stylish (and of course clean). The private hot tub, looking out over the trees was great. Breakfast by the fire was a great start to the day. We got a great tip where to eat out on the next night and had one of the best meals of our trip. On our last day Gloria took us on an excursion to Dalcahue and then to Parque Meular, which is not even open to the public yet. It was a priviledge. We also enjoyed talking to Gloria and Jose-Louis late into the night to discover the similarities and differences between Germany and Chile and many other topics. WE fehlt totally at home.

Located in Chiloe, Refugio Pallao offers accommodation 15 km from Castro. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast with local products. This was the BEST hotel I stayed at on my 3 week trip in Chile! The view was unbeatable and the rooms were beautiful. Absolute luxury, peace and quiet, and the ladies working at reception were the most helpful and kind people I met on my trip. Both of them helped me booked future hotels, plan my open ended trip and were great to talk to. Didn’t get to try the dinner here but I’m sure it’s wonderful, as breakfast was great.

An outdoor swimming pool, a sauna room and gym facilities can be enjoyed at Hotel de Castro. There are comfortable common areas, Wi-Fi is free and the town’s main square is 200 metres from the hotel. It’s a wonderful place. It had everything I was expecting and more! The people are so nice and the place was very beautiful and peaceful, can’t imagine coming to Chile without visiting Castro, Chiloe! Thank you so much for the great experience!
