Great location, extremely friendly staff and good food. We definitely want to visit Interlaken and stay in Hotel Alphorn again in near future.

Great room plenty of space for 3 people. In reception free tea & coffee lovely when back in from a cold walk. Hotel is right in the town plenty of shops. Wonderful choice at breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough especially Doreen on reception plenty of knowledge of the area. Great help when planning our day. Thomas also on reception had a problem with the TV sorted out within minutes. Everything we asked was dealt with kindness and politeness.
