We spent only one night and we were very pleased with the facilities. Below the hotel floor you have a place where you can take food for home or eat there. Plus free parking behind the hotel.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it was very spacious and spotless clean, the furniture and appliances are new, the lightening of the room was very good. We found a lot of interesting things to do in the Shumen region and the stay at the hotel was very relaxing, it was the perfect choice for us.

The owners were very responsive and send us clear instructions on how to unlock rooms. There were dishes and utensils as well which proved very useful.

Staff are outstanding people, so helpful and friendly. food at the restaurant including breakfast was great! room was very clean too.

This is another of those absolute gems; spacious, extremely comfortable, and the lady on reception was so helpful in every way. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool with a jacuzzi facility on the one side, and space to stretch out and relax on recliners. It was extremely hot, so the excellent aircon was most welcome. It even made self catering relatively easy, although the excellent hotel restaurant away across the main square had superb food at reasonable prices. This is a lovely little town with all the facilities one could wish for, and we loved it. I even had an excellent haircut at the local barber for just 10 Leva.
