Really nice and cozy hotel with very helpful and nice staff, good suite with nice balcony and pool view, also fabulous the whole area of the hotel and really clean, proper breakfast (coffee, juice, fruits and vegetarian omelette / scrambled eggs with ham / quesadillas). If we'll come back to Holbox for sure choose this hotel again.

Paradise it was, my son and i felt genuinly sad to leave. The location is pictureperfect facing the irridiscent sea, the rooms are very clean, the food is fresh and homemade and the staff is very friendly. Especially the bartenders and the restaurant aswell as maintenance staff. We had a wonderful time and that was not only because Holbox is a magical place but also because of Palapas del Sol ☆

Set in Tulum, a few steps from South Tulum Beach, Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. you are looking for a relaxing stay in Tulum, NIKEN is the place for you. My partner and I couldn’t be more grateful for our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum. It is in the quieter part of the beach strip, but close enough to many great restaurants and bars. The rooms are a great size have a beautiful view of the water. The beach is also cleaned daily from seaweed and rubbish (many other hotels don’t do this as regularly). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were provided with fresh water each day. A special mention to Jerónimo, Marcelino and restaurant staff, who were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when we had any questions regarding the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!
