Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... Very practical, aesthetic, clean. The room had everything we needed. Location was excellent and they have a very nice rooftop and breakfast room. Breakfast was amazingly delicious. Cinnamon roll was very tasty. I definitely recommend. Staff was very helpful. Thank you David. Viceroy has a excellent concierge service. Thank you Alison. You planned all of our holiday and we had a great time there.

A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

Situated in Chicago’s famed Theatre District, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago is within 10 minutes' walk of State Street shopping and the Art Institute of Chicago. We travelled in a group so we had different rooms. There was lovely self service chill out on the third floor, coffee was really good and the set were very comfortable we would sit there most morning etc. Also, the staff were very friendly, approachable and professional.
