The head manager was out of town but we met him the morning we checked out - he was also super friendly, caring. Food was fine. Fine location. They were extremely helpful and caring with our motorcycle parking and arranged to have it stored in the locked courtyard of a neighboring business (there is no secure parking on the premises, and they didn't feel comfortable with our bike parked on their terrace, even if locked to a post). Gideon, Esther and Andrew took such good care of us, and we had an amazing homecooked meal with them one of the two nights we stayed. Esther even got up to make us breakfast at 5am when we were off to see the gorillas! They also brought us juice, fruits and tea on several occasions which was very much appreciated.
