I had a superior double room which was large and spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent which catered for all guests needs and the hotel staff were professional, helpful and extremely courteous. The lobby and family room was a great space to sit and just relax after a day of walking around to the different Christmas markets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.ivanFamily with young children

We were able to use the spa/sauna area during our stay which was delightful with a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and ice cave and a fancy shower along with rest area. Only limited people can use it and we only had two other people there while we were there, very relaxing!
