An older property, but it is clear that it is in the midst of being remodeled, both in the rooms and the exterior. We stayed at this property many times, many years ago, so fully met our expectations. Good to see all the improvements going on. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable and well priced. A good stopover motel, and in summer, well placed for short holidays!!

Staff were very friendly, we were upgraded to a cottage, which was amazing as it was more private and bigger than just a room. It was a little older but everything was great! Could see the ocean from kitchen table and had everything we needed. The grounds are excellent, right one the water and there are fire pits for all guests to use. Fully equipped kitchenette w comp coffee pods and bottled water. Bathtub plug even worked! Often they don't in motels. Would be a great place for cyclists to stay (if bikes OK in rooms- not sure as we didn't have our bikes w us).
