The host was very charming and helpful. The room was well stocked with breakfast items, condiments and drinks, including a coffee machine. The location was excellent and it was not far from shops. The park nearby was lovely. Getting there and back on the North south motorway was easy. The hosts pet friendliness was also an asset and really appreciated.a

Just an incredible place - 'cabin' is understating it. The views across to Auckalnd and Rangitoto alone are worth the price, but it's the little touches that make this place special: all the fittings are metal where possible, the finishing is exceptional, and the wine is from across the road. It gave our stay a feeling of luxury and care that was beyond the price. It was also probably the best bed we've ever had - it shaped itself to us in a way neither of us had experienced before.

Absolutely fantastic, probably my favourite island and this was an absolutely great place to stay. Afternoon tea and breakfast brought to the room. Considering how easily accessible it was it was very tranquil.
