Stuff are very kind and helpful, the place is very clean, the location is great depends on what you're looking for (obviously if you want to spend most of your time by the beach - it's not ideal). Located in Búzios, a 12-minute walk from Armação Beach, Bamboo Búzios Hostel has a number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi. Location is right in the waterfront and you can see lovely views while eating breakfast or chilling in the outdoors or indoors common areas. Also, it’s in the town center and a short walk from to all the touristic cafes, restaurants and shops, including the port where the boats leave from, so it’s very convenient. Hostel staff are helpful (service provided mostly in Portuguese or Spanish) and they arrange activities during the day and evening, as well as providing the option to book tours with them.

Aquarela do Leme has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Rio de Janeiro. I liked the great views, fresh and bright interior, location in close distance from the beach, good breakfast.

Castelo dos Tucanos Hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Rio de Janeiro. Well situated in the Santa Teresa district, this hostel features a bar. The property is pretty and spacious. You can be around people but also have some alone time if you don’t want to stay in your room. There are many rooms available, and it’s really large. I love the TV area too, and the garden by the pool is my favorite place to relax and chat. I really enjoyed my time here! The volunteers, especially those I connected with, were lovely and easy to approach—they truly make a difference. As a heads up for anyone reading this: if you’re invited to ‘Pedra do Sal,’ on Monday think twice—it was a bit stressful! Hahhahahahahhahahaahah *crying* The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Congratulations to everyone involved in preparing it, especially the volunteers who helped organize. And plus the barbecue on sundays, really lovely. And the drinks! L 🇫🇷/🇧🇷 is doing an amazing job. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I will genuinely miss them. Please let him know he has a real talent! I also loved the conversations and will miss those. I plan to come back soon. If I had known how wonderful it would be, I wouldn’t have booked my return tickets so early—I would have stayed longer!

Numa Boa HOSTEL Búzios has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Búzios. Boasting a tour desk, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. I loved my stay here! You feel you are staying in a big house. It’s chill and happy, cozy and comfortable. Numa is close to Geriba, my favorite beach for surfing and even closer to Manguinhos, great for a sunset drink. It’s also close to the main road, where you have transfers that take you to the center. Would go back there every time!
