Hello Dear Guest, Welcome to Love of Bodrum House My name is Serdar Karasulu Turkish American Mechanical Engineer , I lived in Houston tx and Dubai each 10 years . After returning Turkey 2021 I decided I bought a dream property in Bodrum. Although I am a mechanical engineer .I always wanted to design a House . Therefore this is my first house as an Architech. it was a difficult process but the result was worthed . Now its your turn to enjoy while you are in Bodrum Again welcome to Love of Bodrum House

This neighbourhood developed after 1996 . Bodrum was then smaller. Thanks to local autorities city building permits were limited and low floor , which kept Bodrum unique achievement compare to other Turkish cities like Antalya or Marmaris or Kusadasi where high buildings were allowed and destroyed the identity of the original culture of the city. This neighbourhood complements Bodrums real identity with 2 floor settings each unit has view of sea
