All genders, races and ages are welcome. The property is a clean, spacious, 4 bedroom semi-detached. It is a 146.64 sq. m. property with 4 bedrooms as follows, (1) Master Bedroom - 1 queen bed & 1 single bed, air-conditioner, private bathroom with water heater, dressing table and a chair. (2) Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, air-conditioner, dressing table and a chair. (3) Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed, air-conditioner, dressing table and a chair. (4) Bedroom 4 - 2 single beds, air-conditioner, dressing table and a chair. Mattress, clean bedding and towels are all provided in each room. Flat screen tv & Astro are available in the living room and free WiFi connection through-out the entire area of the property. The house is modern and tastefully furnished. Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen, refrigerator, sitting/dinning room, washing/ironing facilities and the beautiful private garden surrounding the house. A BBQ grill is also provided together with charcoal. Complimentary teas, coffee, cooking oil and essential seasoning so you can help yourself for a quality breakfast.
We are a professional, friendly, clean & hospitable married couple with 2 children. Our names are Amir & Aisyahira, we are QA Assistant Manager in one pharma company in Johor and Associate Engineer in Petrol-chemical plant in Pahang respectively. We speak Malay and English. We like reading, swimming, music, gardening, cooking and travelling.
The neighborhood is located near to Kemaman Industrial Area but far enough that none of the industrial pollution (air or noise) were reaching our residential area. Numerous beach is located nearby with the nearest just about 15 minutes drive. Places to eat and grocery stores is easily reachable for those longing for a midnight snack. We know Kemaman very well. Just ask us anything about our city.
