Just 50 metres from the pebbly beach, Apartments Riva offers air-conditioned accommodation and free Wi-Fi. It is located in centre of Slano, 30 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik. Decorated in bright colours, all accommodation units feature flat-screen TV, seating area and an equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and dining area. Featuring a hairdryer, private bathrooms also come with free toiletries and towels. Some dining options, bars and a grocery store can be found within a 50-metre radius. Bed linen and towels included. Pervanovo is Swedish investment company operating in Dubrovnik region. It was founded in 2004 and is owned by the leading Swedish investment company Välinge Invest AB, owned by the Perván family. Our policy is to maintain as much of the original building as possible whilst at the same time refurbishing to the highest possible standard and comfort levels. Once completed these objects are used in the tourist industry and offer some of the best available accommodations in Dubrovnik.

Villa Riva Apartments are ideal for your Croatia holiday. They are located a mere stone's throw away from the crystal blue Adriatic Sea and in the very centre of Slano, a small town situated around 30 km from UNESCO’S protected Dubrovnik Old City. Every apartment is part of a Croatian holiday villa that dates back to the beginning of 20th century and was built by the wealthy family Stjepovic. The villa itself is located on the site of an old Roman settlement. A range of objects including coins, fragments of ceramic, sarcophaguses and even an old Christian baptistery were excavated around the house and many of them are exhibited now at the lapidary of St. Jerome monastery which is open for visitors. We have even decorated Villa Riva apartments and studios with the photos of the archaeological discoveries. It’s the aim of the company Pervanovo, owner of the Villa Riva, to make replicas of most of the archaeological findings and exhibit them within the villa. This will be done in close co-operation with the Dubrovnik conservatory office and financed by Pervanovo.

Slano is one of the most picturesque towns in the Dubrovnik region, located on a sweeping bay over 2 kilometres long, with beautiful beaches, dense pine woods and olive groves and a long cultural tradition and Villa Riva, located in Slano, is the dreamed Croatia holiday accommodation. There are also many monuments dating back to all periods of history, even from the pre-historic period. The Franciscan Church of St. Jerome is one of the nicest in the region and dates back to 15th century. A road from Slano leads to Zavala in Herzegovina, the location of the famed 'Vjetrenica' karst cave (14 kilometres away). A range of excursions to nearby islands and surrounding towns are easily arranged from Slano.
