No reception, only SELF-CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT, no 24-hour cleaning or other service during the stay, no luggage storage. Guests clean and put away everything they have used. Also note the kitchen rules in the kitchen and on the reservation confirmation. Guests are required to present ID cards of all guests BEFORE arrival. The house is about 2 minutes from the center, harbor/sea, bus station, supermarkets, bakery, etc. and has a large sunny terrace for two rooms, a garden and 4 rooms. The guest decides on Booking which room he chooses and books! The host does not assign rooms. If you do not book the entire house or the entire upper floor, the 4 rooms are rented individually as private rooms (for 4 individual rooms are shared: 1 kitchen on the ground floor, 2.5 bathrooms (1.5 on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor), garden, the terrace is shared with 2 adjacent rooms (detailed on Booking as rooms with terrace). If you want the terrace "privately" for you or your friends, you book the two rooms with terrace. The house is not barrier-free and the upper floor can only be reached via an external staircase. There is no TV. Bed linen is not ironed. Washing machine and dryer can also be used for a small fee. Detergent is available. Bicycles can be rented (subject to availability). It is advisable to deal with arrival early (location is exactly indicated on Booking and Google), ask questions before booking and complete the registration for check-in as soon as possible, otherwise you will have to wait as we do not have a hotline.

The house is located almost in the center in the part "Malo selo" what means "little village". It's a quite and nice area with old stone houses and a nice neighborhood. Everything you need is a few minutes walk away. I recommend by walk or by bike within Stari Grad. If you are planning to go to another town I recommend to go by bus. Parking areas are short and in the most towns parking is possible against a fee.
