Luxury Villa. It´s decorated and very well designed by a prestigious decorator and designer. There is no property with such character and indole pool in the whole Province of Cádiz. It´s specially adapted for parties, farewells, communions, events and celebrations. Complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates Saltwater pool three heightsith jacuzzy in the middle area, pool bar and bar seats inside water with also pool loungers. Automation that changes color water, balinese bed and outdoor shower. Barbecue area chozo with African bamboo, gas barbecue with Hergon oven (American type), refrigerators, freezers, barbecue utensils, polycarbonate utensils for swimming pool (glasses, cups, etc.), 3,5 meter table, with capacity for more of 12 people. Stereo. Coconut palm trees, tropical plants, atmosphere and Caribbean decoration, you will seem to be in a resort of Punta Cana. Newly refurbished housing, designer furniture, heated heated parquet flooring, 55-inch television with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video. Kitchen with American fridge, microwave, etc. Bathroom well designed, electric towel rail, heated mirrors, large garage, 1 car and 2 motorcycles or up to 8.
