Seaferns is the complete ground floor of a Victorian house with lots of original features, it comprises of a large lounge, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin room) a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. It has a lovely size garden complete with two patio areas. It’s just few minuets flat walk from the lovely sandy beach and sand dunes of the Royal Sands end of the beach in Weston-super-Mare, Clarence Park, Promenade and Weston-super-Mare golf course.

We are a husband and wife team, we have run a small guest house in Weston super mare very successful for a few years and have now decided it time to slightly change direction a holiday apartment.

Weston-super-Mare has plenty of attractions, including its piers, donkeys on the beach along with all the normal seaside activities. The Victorian seafront is flat and is very pleasant to walk along. Many events are held along the seafront throughout the summer season, including the air show, the famous Weston motorbike beach race, Cider and Ale festivals, Food festivals along with various music events. There are two theatres, 2 cinema’s and a bowling ally along with numerous places to eat and drink. The town centre is jut a stroll along the seafront, from which the bus and train stations are both easily accessible. Weston-super-Mare is a great base to visit the surrounding areas of Cheddar gorge, Wells cathedral and town, Glastonbury Tor and town. and local cider makers.
