The hosts welcomed us, showed and explained about the property. Very easy to contact them since they live nearby. The property and the surrounding area are beautiful. It's a bit far from downtown Rovaniemi (about 30 mins). Most tour will charge extra for pick up. No problem if you have rental car.

The location of the villa by the lake, jacuzzi, small but nice sauna and modern looking villa with comfortable beds. Best suited for a group of 6-7 people. We were a family of 6 people and everyone including kids aged 8 &14 enjoyed the stay.

The location was good to see the northern lights. You can just walk on the lake and there's no light pollution. The jacuzzi and sauna were great, though the sauna is for only 2 people at a time.

The property was well located - very close to Rovaniemi and all of the activities that we booked. It is located in a very quiet area - we saw the northern lights from the front of the property on two occasions. The property was well equipped - we used the washer-dryer several times and enjoyed breakfast in every day.
