Perfectly set in Knysna, Bollard Bay House offers luxury accommodations alongside the Knysna River. The house has an outdoor pool and a bar. We were very impressed with Mike the owner who was a fountain of knowledge, suggesting the best local hotspots to visit. He immediately made us feel very welcome, relaxed and at home. He was on hand and present throughout breakfast, which was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice and plenty of it. The breakfast chef and our room cleaner were both friendly and full of smiles at all times. We loved our comfortable room, very spacious, spotlessly clean with everything we needed and could want. We had two wonderful nights sleep on a super comfortable bed. Great idea having an honestly bar filled with a great variety of drinks. The views from our room were spectacular!

At the tip of Leisure Island and overlooking the Knysna Lagoon, this hotel has an outdoor pool and terrace with panoramic views. Its rooms have a furnished balcony or patio. The Inn is stunning with a really comfortable suite (2 bathrooms!). Breakfast was delicious and the views outstanding. The staff were super accommodating and the private shuttle allowed us to overindulge without the worries of drinking and driving!

Leisure Escape - Knysna is a recently renovated apartment in Knysna, near Bollard Bay Beach. I liked that it looked a bit better than the images - Barry said he needs to take slightly better images. The space was cute and cozy. The TV is huge! It was super value for money for what we paid (prices do fluctuate and change) Barry is an exceptional host. We had everything we needed. It was cozy, we made a fire. The bathroom is not bad. The parking is close by so easy access too.

Cozy Island Living at The Grove cottage is a recently renovated apartment in Knysna where guests can make the most of the free bikes and garden. The location was great, walking distance to the beach. Fantastic host, she checked in regularly to find out if everything is OK and even courier our items that we forgot.

Thornley Studio is located in Knysna, just a 2-minute walk from Bollard Bay Beach and 2.3 miles from Knysna the Heads. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. It was exceptionally clean, very relaxing, had everything we needed, even had solar power. Loved it!
