Location was great, the staff was wonderful and breakfast was included. This was my 2nd stay and I will stay there again.

The split system heating system, bed (with side tables on both sides of the king) and pillows were above average.The room was very clean. We did not use the handicap shower/bath, so cannot comment on that. We easily walked to the plaza and the botanical garden from the hotel. We never felt unsafe.
