A rooftop lounge with views of the city skyline, on-site modern restaurant and a large indoor lap pool highlight the Loews Chicago Hotel. We had a quiet spacious Premium King room, which had a huge comfortable bed and views towards the river. The large bathroom was great and had plenty of free toiletries. The hotel location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. At check-in, Chanel, kindly gave us some lovely sparkling wine to take to our room as it was my birthday celebration. Thank you so much.

Room was well equipped and very clean. Property is quite outstanding in the city center and we could find the way without difficulty because it was one of the tallest buildings..... our stay was exciting and satisfactory..... anyway nice hospitality and good physical conditions.

Well located in the River North district of Chicago, Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago is located 1.6 km from Ohio Street Beach, 2.5 km from North Avenue Beach and 600 metres from Water Tower Chicago. We loved our stay at Kasa Magnificent mile. The apartment is clean, well lighted, spacious, and comfy. All the kitchen amenities were helpful. We get a problem with the TV, and the customer service responded immediately and fixed the issue the day after. It’s located in the downtown, around 5 minutes walk from the magnificent mile. The surrounding area is walkable, you can find restaurants, cafe, and supermarkets within few minutes walking. We highly recommend the stay, and I will take it again for our future chicago trips.
