I am an Airbnb person but in Annecy the same price apartment just doesn’t worth it. For me there are several things that matter: quality of bed, temperature in the room, good shower and light. This hotel meets all of them and more. All the stuff just the nicest people on earth, smily, sweet and welcoming, they happy help with everything you need. It felt better then any luxury hotel can fell for the really normal and reasonable price. I was in love with that place. The room was warm, the bed was very good, mattresses and pillows. The shower is big and the mirror light in the shower very well. The location just perfect!! Very good and beautiful neighborhood, the train station just around the corner, all the old city is there because the train station just 3 min walk from the old city. Or it is the old city. It’s 10 min of a beautiful walk to the lake, so wherever you wanna go it’s just right there. I was very pleased and would definitely come again.

Hotel du Chateau is a hotel situated at the foot of Annecy Castle. It has views over the old town. The reception offers free WiFi. Guest rooms at the Hotel du Chateau are simply decorated. What's there not to like? From the hotel being at the top of a hill (wear comfy shoes), to the owners, the dog greeting when you arrive - it was all just perfect. Such a beautiful spot.

Le Pré Carré is a hotel located in the heart of Annecy, just 250 metres from Lake Annecy. Guest rooms at Le Pré Carré are soundproofed and equipped with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Room was very cleane and comfortable. Location was perfect - just by the old town and close to the lake with very nice restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast was very nice with lovely warm fresh bread, and everything one could wish for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
