Nice maintained property. Kirakis family is so involved and willing to help. The scenery is stoning from the balcony facing the golf. Fabulous everything ,super good value for the money. We are planning to return in the fall.

It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The gardens were very well kept, and we had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us in every way possible with recommendations for which beaches to visit and which restaurants and bakeries to go to.

Surrounded by olive and citrus trees, Spiros Studios is 200 metres from Lichnos Beach. It offers a snack bar and self-catering accommodation overlooking the Ionian Sea. Bautiful, quiet place, wonderful hosts. Nice room, clean, tidy. There is also a cute cafe. We'll definitely visit again!
