This luxurious 4-star boutique hotel offers charming, individually designed rooms in a fabulously restored Baroque building, in the heart of Norwich. The staff were so lovely from the minute we got there. Great with recommendations and they also ordered a taxi for us. We also received very detailed instructions about getting there before we arrived which was very helpful

To be honest, I was a bit worried when booked, due to the low feedback score and bad previous experience with that.... But not this time! Everything was perfect! Good location.
