There is a nice bar area with a very chilled vibe and people are friendly. There is a nice Chinese also near Dive hut. It is a great location to be central to things. Bed is really big and comfy. Hot water in shower. I am looking forward to going back, this was my second time staying here.“

Eating out every night can be quite expensive so was able to cook meals easily. 4- Plenty of spare bedding and towels 5- The scuba cleaning area which we only discovered after 2 days, a real bonus and also not advertised. 6- A very nice pool cleaning man comes on a Wednesday for general maintenance and the gardens and outside area was maintained once during the fortnight, they even raked the gravel to get rid of any dead foliage. 7- The villa was spotless when we arrived. 8- Air conditioning units in all the bedrooms, although 1 was faulty which I reported to the host. She organised for this to be checked the same day and the following day, the engineers returned and replaced the whole unit. 9. A mobile phone and charger was provided which we used to make restaurant reservations.“

  „This property is what I call a cottage - kitchen with fridge, range/oven (although it was a new range neither my husband or I, nor the housekeeper could get the oven lit so we had to use the toaster oven), outside sink, nice island with bar stools, pots, pans, utensils, etc. As to the location it was awesome for us. Very secluded. It is right off the trail that goes up to Mt. Scenery. Note that guests must be healthy to get up to the cottage. Parking is at the trail head. There are 58 stone steps up to the trail to the cottage. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Although secluded it is quick and easy to get to the village-at the bottom of the trail just walk a city block up the hill to the business district with restaurants and markets. The cottage is on the most popular trail on the island - the trail to Mt. Scenery. The cottage is beautifully decorated with antiques, art, and collectibles. There are chairs and a hammock on the front porch and table/chairs on the back patio. There is an outdoor shower that we loved- yes, it is that secluded. Wifi was provided but did not work the last 2.5 days we were there. Not sure if it was a problem at the cottage or the provider. Our cell phones didn't work either those last couple of days but there seemed to be a problem with phone service island wide. The cottage is absolutely charming with plenty of room for two people. An additional guest would be comfortable in the very small bedroom-single bed. The master bedroom has a nice bed with bed side tables. The living room has a very nice couch and two chairs. The bathroom is large with a claw foot tub and hand held shower - lots of towels. Each room has a door to the outside and windows which allows for lots of air circulation and there always seems to be a breeze. We certainly did not need a.c. IMO. Although secluded it is very safe. We were never concerned about our safety. I hiked by myself all over the island.“

The pool and the garden are very relaxing.“
