Although we had seen a picture of our room, the rest was a great surprise. The warm log fire and exception decor meant we ate there both nights of our stay. The food was great and good value for money. They had an excellent range of wines. There were 2 waiters who spoke very good English and couldn’t do enough for you. We saw more of Tarik, who was extremely patient whilst we chose and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff are a credit to the owner. It s probably one of the best places we’ve stayed in the many years of travelling around Turkey snd we d be back in a flash. It had a great location for all the sites, all within comfortable walking distance.

We have been offered to try the breakfast in other GAIA hotels as well and it was super delicious. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to the whole hotel team, who made our stay so amazing.
