Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. Amazing staff, everyone who worked there was extremely positive and polite. I would especially highlight Elena and the red haired lady whose name I can not remember. Their friendliness and helpfulness was something special. Housekeeping did a great job too, room was cleaned every day and they even folded our clothes we left on the bed. The location of the hotel is pretty great and central, and although it is in the middle of Bairro Alto with closed windows the noise from outside is not heard. I found it to be great value for money too.

Located in Lisbon’s historical Pombaline Downtown, Augusta is an elegant boutique guesthouse which not only offers 12 spacious rooms, but also a rooftop where you can have a nice Portuguese wine, or... It is a nice small hotel in an excellent location. The lady at the front desk was helpful.

The location was right in the middle of everything, the rooms were spacious and looked exactly like the pictures, the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Also, the included breakfast was great! Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to everyone!
