Featuring a garden and views of city, Ginkgo Maison d'hôtes is a guest house set in a historic building in Amiens, 1.3 km from Amiens Train Station. Great location, quiet, and with a very friendly hostess who spoke perfect English. The room was beautiful and well-appointed. Top-quality bed and linens (probably the most comfortable bed I've encountered in a b&b) and a gourmet, freshly prepared breakfast. Everything was so tasty -- cake, bread, yogurt, eggs/bacon, and French toast all amazing (I'm a glutton and could have eaten more)!

A recently renovated property, L'Annexe Amiens is located in Amiens near Amiens Train Station, Berny's Museum and Tribunal de Grande Instance of Amiens. This lovely place has such a warmth about it ! Margaux is a WONDERFUL host. She, her family and friends restored everything, all with touches to make her guests feel welcomed and very special. This is our second time to L’Annexe, but it will now be our regular stop when we travel each year between Paris and Gent. I encourage everyone who will travel even near Amiens to stay at Margaux’s beautiful L’Annexe ❣️

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Château de Contay Guesthouse - 1753 is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Contay, 19 km from Amiens Train Station. The bedding was lovely with crisp linens and a big fluffy duvet. Our room was large, with a sitting area. The attached private washroom included a bathtub, water closet, and a make up table. Lots of parking, greenery and beautiful gardens!

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, L'ancien café is set in Brocourt, 42 km from Amiens Train Station and 42 km from Berny's Museum. From the reception by Sarah to the departure was an excellent stay, it was an attic (up 2 flights) in a very spacious room. We had the evening meal with lots of lovely food, not expensive and the ice cream sundae with fruit from their garden was exceptional (Michael was the waiter) We had a very restful night and felt refreshed, ready for the next stage of our journey. The breakfast(included in the room price was excellent with fresh bread and another fruit sundae. Could not have faulted anything.(but see below)
