Situated within 300 metres of Dasaswamedh Ghat and 600 metres of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Anand Kanan features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Varanasi. We were lucky to stay at Anand Kanan during our 3-day trip to Varanasi. Both of us were in Varanasi for the first time. The experience on the streets with all the colors,sounds and smells can be intense, so it was very good to have a quiet safe home where we can just come and rest. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and it was great to have a restaurant inside where the food was good and we didnt need to put extra effort to find a good place to eat if we felt tired. It was a great pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel, Arvind. We enjoyed his welcome tea and great conversation about Indian philosophy and Varanasi.

He also arrange the boat tour for us and explore our city and there most famous food . The location was perfect near to assi ghat which was only 5 to 10 min by walking and the main temple is also near to the hostel . I like it everything next time i also come here very soon ..
